    Beaver Creek ski area will host The Alpine Skiing WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS in 2015

    It's official!  Vail-Beaver Creek will host the Alpine Ski World Championship in 2015.  The last time Beaver Creek hosted the ski championships was in 1999, also the last time the event was held in the US.  Vail-Beaver Creek beat out other bidders Cortina, Italy and St. Moritz, Switzerland for the honor.

    - The majority of transactions were under $500,000
    - The residential home average was 3 bedroom, 3.25 bath, 2560 square feet, sold for $1,193,876 ($454/sqft), sold at 90% of list price, and was on the market for 241 days
